At TALK Healthcare, we strive to provide high-quality mental health services and a transparent billing experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for services purchased through our website.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of mental health and psychiatric services, all services are considered final once rendered. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in accordance with this policy.

2. Clinical Services (Therapy, Psychiatry, Medication Management)

Completed sessions are non-refundable, including therapy sessions, psychiatric evaluations, medication management visits, and follow-up appointments.

3. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Appointments canceled within [24] hours of the scheduled time may be charged in full.

Appointments canceled before the cancellation window may be eligible for a refund or account credit, at TALK Healthcare’s discretion.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services.

4. Digital Products and Educational Content

All purchases of digital content, educational materials, downloadable resources, or on-demand programs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

 

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact TALK Healthcare directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
